Individual laboratory investigations should not be considered as conclusive and should be used along with other relevant clinical examinations to achieve the final diagnosis. Therefore, these reported results are for the information of referring clinician and your record.
The dose, frequency and duration prescribed during the visit is limited to the physician advise for that visit and not to be used for refill without physicians advise.
The request for appointment is not a grantee for booked appointment, its subjected to the availability of the free slots and for confirmation by the physician., The booked or confirmed appointment might be cancelled or rescheduled based on the availability of the physician.
